Refund policy

At Anaya’s by Z., customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a simple and fair return process.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • The item must not be damaged or altered by the customer

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Timeframe

You must contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 days. The amount will be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size issues or eligible product concerns, subject to stock availability. If you would like to exchange an item, please mention it clearly when contacting us at anayasbyz@gmail.com

If the requested item is not available, we may offer a refund or store credit.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, don't hesitate to contact us within 48 hours of delivery at anayasbyz@gmail.com with clear photos and your order number.

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Customized or altered products

  • Items purchased during special promotional campaigns

  • Items damaged due to misuse

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
